WFC v1.10

Webtech Fleet Center v1.10 was released on September 01, 2015. This release includes enhanced historical analysis tools, visual notification for equipment and safety alerts, and a new report to track vehicles by route.

Features available to all customers:

UPDATE TO SEARCH VEHICLE HISTORY DATA PLAYER

Refine your analysis of historical fleet events when investigating accidents, liability claims, or vehicle/driver behavior.

When playing back search results, the relative speed and position of vehicle icons moving along historical data points on the map match the timing of the actual events as they occurred. The History Data Player shows the original time and date from event records sent by vehicles.

NEW ADVANCED REPORT: STOP HISTORY

Improve record-keeping and monitor adherence to stop length and service delivery policies with easy-to-generate vehicle stop history maps.

For customers provisioned with our Public Works solution, the new Advanced Stop History report includes a printable/downloadable map showing stop locations.

SEARCH GROUP ADMINISTRATION BY VEHICLE

From a single screen, administer fleet categories such as regions, divisions, beats, or shifts, and determine which vehicles belong to particular Groups.

Search Group Administration data by vehicle name, VIN, or locator serial number. The system highlights and expands the Vehicle Group(s) and Vehicle Security Group(s) containing the vehicle of interest.

Features available upon request:

REAL TIME TELEMETRY ALERT COLORS

At a glance, see the status and location of vehicles with equipment or safety alerts, and make better decisions about fleet deployment and corrective actions.

Assign colors to real-time telemetry alerts. When a vehicle triggers an alert, the vehicle icon label on the map displays the associated color. The color badge and alert name are also reported in the Vehicle Status pane as part of the key performance data snapshot, and the alert is available for download and further analysis.

Note: this capability relies on telemetry, an optional hardware-based feature; for more information, please contact your Webtech Wireless Account Representative.

NEW ADVANCED REPORT: ROUTE BASED BASIC

Track service delivery, confirm billing for contractual services, and investigate liability issues for fleets assigned to predefined route schedules and service level agreements.

For customers provisioned with our Public Works solution delivering services such as snow removal, street sweeping, waste pickup, or route patrol, the Route Based Basic report captures vehicle start/end time, distance covered, and travel/idle time for specific areas of interest. The information is reported by Route Group, Route Number, and date.

Note: this feature requires map data with route details; for more information, please contact the Webtech Wireless Support team.
