You can create new user profiles in the Administration section of Sentinel FM. Individuals in your organization can then use these profiles to access the Sentinel FM platform.
Here’s how to create and configure a new user:
In the top menu, click Administration > Users > User Info.
Note the list of all existing users in your organization. You can edit the profiles of existing users here, including resetting a password if a user forgets.
To create a new user, click Add User near the bottom center of the page.
On the new user page, enter the following information:
User Name (must be unique).
If applicable, set an Expiration Date for the account. Otherwise, leave this as Unlimited.
Password (minimum 8 characters, at least 1 number and capital letter).
Re-enter the password.
Assign at least one User Group to the new user.
Do this by selecting one or more Unassigned User Groups and then clicking Add->. Tip: Select more than one user group by holding Ctrl on your keyboard as you click each group.
Once all information has been entered, click Save to create the user.
Note: New users will be prompted to change their password upon their first login to Sentinel FM.
